Allartwork must be submitted ready for display. Artwork should be mounted on sturdy backing or canvas. No loose paper, glitter, or fragile attachments. Framing is optional but encouraged.

Judges will especially look for artwork that communicates the Christian meaning of the Cross with reverence and beauty.

Shrine Sacred Art Award
For the artwork that most beautifully expresses the spiritual meaning of the Cross.
This artwork will be printed in a big canvas and will be placed in the hallway that connects the church building and the chapel.
EXHIBITION
Selected artwork will be displayed during the Shrine’s 90th Anniversary celebrations in 2026.
An awards reception and exhibition opening will be held at the Shrine of the True Cross.
